Dear Mr. Ricardo,

Please accept our thanks for a spectacular job performed by your company. Our pool deck and patio areas look absolutely beautiful with the new pavers. We are especially impressed with the paving job done on our waterfront patio which is winding and very intricate. You are quite the artisans!

When our new shrubs are planted, we feel that our condominium will have the loveliest waterfront in Pompano Beach in part, thanks to your efforts.

Sincerely,

Gael M. Corbin, Secretary Waterbury Condominium Board of Directors"

Not all Brick Pavers companies are created equal. It takes years to master the craft of brick pavers installation. Not to mention the amount of education necessary to understand that. In order for an individual to become ICPI Certified one would have to score 75 or higher in a 100-question exam applied by the www.ICPI.org. Anyone can interlock a brick paver. Anyone. But do that with perfection that lasts a lifetime, that's another story. When selecting a brick pavers company the first question to ask is: do they know what they are doing or they simply claim the skill? Do they have proof of their expertise and reliability? We do.

Here's proof: http://www.brickpaversflorida.com/Reviews.htm

Most of the home owners are not educated about the consequences of making a bad choice when selecting a brick pavers company. If the company installing the brick is not an expert in brick pavers the financial loss can be substantial. The cost to fix a 3000 SQ FT job can run between $6,000 to $7,500 ($2 to @2.5/SQ FT to remove, take proper elevation measurements, correct compaction and re-install the brick pavers with perfect alignment). For some people the cost is nothing compared to the headache that is to have the company keep coming back to fix the mess. In the last year alone we've fixed more bad installations from other companies than we can count.

Some companies show "Photoshop" pictures clipped out from magazines. Too perfect to be true. Several merely display the ICPI logo on their website because that will make their website look good. We display the logo and we are ICPI certified installers. Just enter

in this website: http://www.icpi.org/homeowners/find_installer.cfm

Some companies send their office managers to become ICPI certified. We became ICPI certified ourselves. We will always be present during the pavers installation supervising every brick that gets installed.

... And the worst part: in some cases, they outsource their jobs to lowest bid subcontractors. They make money on the number of jobs sold. We will never outsource, ever. We will be present at the site job.

And last but not least. The material we use is World Class first quality. We will never use second quality material rejected by manufacturers and sold frequently to brick pavers installers. That's right. There are unscrupulous companies using second quality brick pavers and charging you as if that was new.

Very important: Do you due diligence work and only then select a brick pavers company. You want your brick pavers project to be completed by a top expert. If you don't have time and want to hire with confidence, here are more reasons why you should choose N. Ricardo's Brick Pavers.
